That document is still usable.. although the use of TXT SPK should be edited out.

its before all the buttons code if u cant find it via a search - or u could always do a partial search beginning with if (in_array($context['current_action'] so atleast it will get u to the correct line incase the code had been altered by a mod earlier.

To it add your Array text (shows as YOUR-ARRAY-TEXT but in reality it will be the action u are adding like arcade, or links etc)

some unrelated are 404. anyway and i dont any (in_array( that has anything to do with my buttons. the codes are totally different.

Just copy the code from one of the other buttons in the theme you want to add it in. ( you didnt exactly give us a great deal of info on what theme and there are about 200 to pick from)
Although the codes are pretty much the same, it can look diffrent, but if you copy the code from IE the forum button in the index.template.php, you can just paste it in between the others where you want it to show, and then change the name of the button and also the link to what you want it to point to.

Just copy the code from one of the other buttons in the theme you want to add it in. ( you didnt exactly give us a great deal of info on what theme and there are about 200 to pick from)
Although the codes are pretty much the same, it can look diffrent, but if you copy the code from IE the forum button in the index.template.php, you can just paste it in between the others where you want it to show, and then change the name of the button and also the link to what you want it to point to.

im using the default theme.
anyway the only option i figured is just what you said.
