How would i add a new page to where when people go to my site it takes them to that new page i made right away.

For example... some sites have the "enter" "exit" pages then clicking enter goes to your main site etc...

How would i do that?

My first thought would be to redirect your site name.  If you have a cpanel you should be able to do that fairly easy, so www.yourdomain.com gets redirected to www.yourdomain.com/welcome.htm and then a link there takes you to the site portal.

how would i make the new page and add stuff to it?

You put your page into an article and display the article on your home page.

Alright... i made a page with microsoft word 2003 and made a sub domain, i redirected my site to it. It works but now i am just asking a little question, anyone know if you can put a background in using microsoft word 2003? Mines completely white and i have no idea how to add a background...

You need to learn the basics of HTML and CSS. You should google HTML and CSS tutorials. YOu shouldn't be using word to do any web publishing of any kind.

That being said, I highly recommend NOT using FrontPage either. It tries to 'adjust' your code as you design your page.

And, with your current provider, they check your content as you upload changes with a 2-4 hour estimated wait time, per their 'temp' page for the link you provided. That will grow old quick!  8)
