[bugtracker] Last 10 [Blocs] option seem to have stoped again

Seems like the [Block] option in the block code and snippets board stoped updating newly added blocks again.

Reset the cronjobs so we'll see if its working again now.

Seems like it's not, still the same block list now as before even if there are new [Block] added after that last date in the list.

afaics it seems to be working now, the latest added is from 14.feb?
