[bugtracker] Articles per page in editing single category not working

We you edit single category to display your desired no of articles per page, it doesnt working. The no of articles display is depends on the frontpage settings ""Number of posts/articles to display on frontpage""

- Number of articles in a category were fetching wrong setting. Fixed for v1.0 beta4.
