Registration Problems

I have recently received an email about someone requesting help on some sort of code. Of course I told them to register on my site, and they said it gave them an error.

So I went to the register page on my site after logging out and it looked fine, of course when I filled out the form it gives me this error:

Please try again. If you come back to this error screen, report the error to an administrator.

That error was located on my site at:
http://www.brianjwilson.com/index.php?action=register2

Any help would be most definitely appreciated

Error logs would help 
And Registration is SMF issue really.. I had an error like this after all my problems with the SMF Shoutbox.
